About the Role
Walker’s Tiny Talkers is seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist for 2026 to be the welcoming face of our pediatric therapy clinic. As the first point of contact for our "tiny talkers" and their families, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive, warm environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Bentonville office.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a medical or pediatric office setting is preferred but not required.
Proficiency with basic computer systems (experience with EMR software like Fusion is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping families navigate pediatric care.
Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment with children.
