Job Overview
Walker’s Tiny Talkers is looking for a dedicated and autonomous Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team for 2026. This 1099 contract position is designed for therapists who value professional independence and the ability to provide care in diverse settings. You will have the opportunity to treat pediatric patients at our Bentonville corporate office and travel to local schools and daycares to support children in their natural learning environments.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess children's fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Individualized Care: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to help children achieve functional independence and reach developmental milestones.

Setting Versatility: Balance a caseload between our fully equipped clinic in Bentonville and on-site visits to local school daycares.

Family & Educator Collaboration: Partner with parents and teachers to provide strategies for sensory regulation and skill carryover in the classroom and at home.

Professional Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate electronic records of evaluations and daily treatment notes.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Active Arkansas Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility for 2026 licensure).

  • Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are welcome.

  • Reliable transportation for travel between the clinic and daycare sites.
