About the Role
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, plan, and provide therapeutic services to children with a variety of developmental, sensory, and motor needs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with families, therapists, and educators in a supportive and positive environment.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
Deliver engaging, child-led therapy sessions
Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and developmental milestones
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Arkansas state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in pediatric therapy preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and families
