Position Overview
The Speech Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with families and an interdisciplinary team in a supportive and engaging pediatric environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions
Address speech sound disorders, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and feeding (if applicable)
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapy team members
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Arkansas state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Therapist / SLP
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
Experience in pediatric therapy preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and families
