About the Role
Walker’s Tiny Talkers is seeking a motivated and independent Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team for 2026. This 1099 contract position offers the flexibility to design a caseload that works for you, providing vital gross motor therapy to children in our Bentonville clinic and at various daycare locations throughout Northwest Arkansas.
Responsibilities
Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate children to identify delays in gross motor skills, functional mobility, balance, and coordination.
Individualized Therapy: Create and implement goal-oriented treatment plans that help children safely navigate their environments and participate in daily activities.
Mobile & Clinic Care: Deliver high-quality therapy both in our professional office setting and on-site at local daycares to support children in their natural learning environments.
Collaborative Support: Work alongside our team of Speech and Occupational Therapists to provide a holistic, family-centered approach to care.
Electronic Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and progress reports.
Requirements
Active Arkansas Physical Therapy License (PT).
Experience in pediatric settings is highly preferred.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to daycare sites.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents and caregivers.
