Requirements
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in medical billing (pediatric or therapy-specific experience is a major plus).
Working knowledge of Arkansas Medicaid and private insurance portals.
Proficiency with EMR systems (experience with Fusion Web Clinic is preferred).
Strong understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding for pediatric therapy services.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to working with families.
